It has been shown that surgeries conducted in surgical camps comprise of two thirds of the surgeries conducted in rural Uganda. These camps have become our signature social responsibility to the people of Uganda and we have created the perfect conducive enviroment for free safe surgery in Uganda. These surgical camps not only provide free surgery to the population also empower the existing health units and participate in establishing long lastings solutions to the causes of poor surgical services delivery. We mentor and train the on site doctors to conduct safe surgery and create an environment through which they can continously consult us on the various challenges that they may encounter.
